I’ve never been one of those people that wanted to hang pictures on my walls of the people (and animals) living in my house. I see them every day, so what’s the point, right? Wrong! I reached out to Cindy after seeing her work and asked if she’d do a shoot at my dogs favorite creek. Cindy showed up like a trooper in wading boots with a backpack and was ready to go. First, she did a few cute poses on land before my dog turned into a muddy mess, then they got into the creek and she took the best action shots.  It was next to impossible to pick out which images I wanted, and she did a beautiful job editing the ones I did. Now I have a gallery wall in my living room of just my dog because I got every single one printed!  My biggest regret was not doing this every year so I can see how much she’s grown over the last 4 years— but I definitely will be from now on!

I had the pleasure of working with Cindy on an unusually warm, sunny and windy October afternoon. Cindy arrived early and scouted the landscape and grounds and we mapped out a plan for the shoot. Her knowledge and experience with horses was very helpful in capturing the perfect moments. She finished the gallery quickly and met with me soon after our shoot to go over the final photo options. Within weeks, she had finished editing, matting, and framing the photos and delivered them to me before the busy holiday season.
